Renting Inflatable Castles

Inflatable castles are great to use for birthday parties, carnivals, or any type of function for your church or school. They provide children of almost any age with hours of fun. Renting out the right type of castle that we want to use for whatever occasion can be easy if we know what we are doing. Below are some tips to make renting one for your next big event easy.

Finding The Company

The first thing you are going to have to do is to find a company in your area that rents out inflatable castles. The best way to do this is to use the phone book and look under ‘parties’. There might be quite a few party places – but not all of them will rent these out. You will need to call a few places and make a list of the top five companies you want to consider. To help narrow it down ask the following questions:

  • What products do you have?
  • What do you charge?
  • Do you deliver?
  • Do the products meet state safety requirements?

Product

Before you choose just one company you need to know the products they have available. Go in person or visit their website to look at what they have available. Make sure that whatever you want will be the right size for the amount of children that will be using it and is age appropriate. If they can’t tell you what size you need then they do not know their product and you should not use them.

Price

Price is an important issue. We want to be able to get the inflatable castle that we want to use at a price that is reasonable. Obtain price quotes from the various companies. Make sure that it is for the exact product you need and ask if it includes deposits, delivery, and setup charges.

Rent In Advance

Inflatable castles are becoming more and more popular and children are simply begging their parents to use it at their next birthday party or sleepover. Don’t disappoint your child because you didn’t reserve it in enough time. You should rent one a month in advance. To make sure that there are no misunderstandings you should confirm the rental two weeks prior to the event.
